Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plain or Greek yogurt about 3/4–1 cup
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut
  • a handful of raisins chopped
  • a handful of almonds chopped
  • 1 small carrot finely grated
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • Maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Peel and finely grate the carrot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, oats, shredded coconut, raisins, almonds, and cinnamon.
  3. Taste and sweeten with maple syrup if desired.
  4. Place the grated carrot at the bottom of a jar.
