Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 200 g plain or Greek yogurt (about 3/4–1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • A handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
