Easy Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 200 g plain or Greek yogurt (about 3/4–1 cup)
- 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- A handful of walnuts, chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
