Method
- Mash half of the banana with a fork and spread it on the bottom of a jar. Slice the remaining half for topping.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, milk, oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and chopped walnuts until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the jar over the banana layer.
- Top with sliced banana and chopped dark chocolate.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).
