- 20 button mushrooms (caps)
- 2 onions
- 1 block tofu (about 10–12 oz / 300 g)

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- a pinch of chili flakes or powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
