Ingredients
  

  • 1 Camembert cheese about 8 oz / 225 g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush the Camembert with olive oil on all sides.
  3. Place it in the hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
  4. Carefully flip the cheese using a spatula and cook for another 3 minutes, until the second side is browned and the center is soft and gooey.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
