Method
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Brush the Camembert with olive oil on all sides.
- Place it in the hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the cheese using a spatula and cook for another 3 minutes, until the second side is browned and the center is soft and gooey.
- Serve immediately while warm.
