Cream Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cream cheese 200 g / 7 oz
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil about 3.5 oz
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt to taste
  • optional: a little oil from the sun-dried tomato jar for an even richer more flavorful spread

Method
 

  1. Add the cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and a pinch of salt to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you'd like a richer consistency and a stronger sun-dried tomato flavor, blend in a little of the oil from the tomato jar.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
