Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 2 generous tablespoons hummus
  • 1/2 beetroot roasted or cooked, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup white beans canned or cooked
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • a handful of arugula
  • feta cheese crumbled
  • chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla wrap.
  2. Top with arugula, thinly sliced beetroot, avocado, and white beans.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and chopped chives.
  4. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
