Raspberry Brownie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plain or Greek yogurt about 3/4–1 cup
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 squares dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup agave syrup, or another sweetener (optional)
  • 1/3 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, chopped almonds, and chopped dark chocolate. Mix well and sweeten to taste if desired.
  3. Place the raspberries at the bottom of a jar.
  4. Pour the chocolate oat mixture over the raspberries.
  5. Top with extra raspberries and more chopped chocolate for an even more dessert-like finish.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).
