Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt.
- Add the oats, chia seeds, chopped almonds, and chopped dark chocolate. Mix well and sweeten to taste if desired.
- Place the raspberries at the bottom of a jar.
- Pour the chocolate oat mixture over the raspberries.
- Top with extra raspberries and more chopped chocolate for an even more dessert-like finish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).
